Property Purchase

Access Church is a life-giving church located in Pietermaritzburg, South Africa. On the 4th of July 2024 we celebrated our 3rd Birthday! God has been incredibly faithful to us as a church over the last 3 years.

Our desire has always been to purchase the property that we have been renting for the last 3 years. It is an amazing facility that can be used as a lighthouse to serve the community. It is 3083m2 and includes 8 retail shops attached to it. It has a current market value of R19.4 million. The property was mandated to go on auction on the 13th of August. We didn’t see this as a threat however, but as an awesome opportunity to purchase the building!

We serve a God who is able to do the impossible and miraculously despite there being other investors interested in purchasing the building we were able to raise a deposit to secure the building before it hit the the auction floor.

We now have till the end of November 2024 to raise the balance or secure the finance for R9.6 million. God is performing the miraculous and we believe that He is able to do the impossible even before the end of November. The more we can raise in a short space of time the less we have to rely on banks to finance us which can be very difficult for churches. Continue to trust God with us and keep us in prayer.
